The dining reservation system is specifically designed to meet the demanding needs of the private country club. Members now have the ability to make, edit or cancel dining and event reservations 24/7 without staff involvement. Tracking each member's favorite drinks, dietary requirements (low sodium, sugar free…) and special needs. The dining staff can respond to the member needs and request in a timely and professional manner. The reservation department retains control over the "Reservation Book" and has the ability to restrict member access.

The guest experience at a private club is not only a reflection on the club, but the member. The system tracks each guest by member, menu without pricing request, number of children and high chair/booster chair requirements. The dining room staff has the information needed to make a positive impression.

What happens when your events become too successful and you have more members that want to attend than chairs? The system can randomly select and email those members which reservation requests have been accepted. Members no longer have to wait in line outside the reservationist office or make endless number of calls only to be placed on hold or get a busy signal. Let the system handle the event request and stop putting your staff in a position of being accused of "Playing Favorites". Smaller events or open dining reservation can still be accepted on a first come/first served basis.
