Pricing

The golf reservation system's monthly pricing is based on the number of holes and the optional IVR telephone system. The monthly service fee includes the system setup and configuration, all new functions and features (always the most current system), unlimited telephone support and the initial membership file conversion.

No hardware is required for clubs requiring internet access only. The IVR (Interactive Voice Response) telephone does require the one time purchase ($495.00) of a 4 port telephone gateway. The telephone gateway converts the analog telephone call to VOIP (voice over IP) and transfer the call to our servers. The club and the golfer never incur any long distance or 800 number telephone charges 

There is no long term contract (initial contract is 1 year), no setup or configurations fees. Pricing starts at $300.00 per month for 18 holes. Your monthly hosting fee can automatically be charged to your credit card, deducted via ACH or electronically invoiced.
