First Come/First Served Reservations

The traditional method of making a tee time reservation is on a first come/first served (FCFS) basis. The tee time reservation system fully supports a FCFS only format or a combination system of Lottery and FCFS after the placement.

Regardless of how your system is configured, you can be assured that the most powerful reservation locking system in the industry is at work, preventing double bookings or leaving open, unused tee times.

The system accepts multiple reservations simultaneously via the Internet, IVR touch tone telephone system and the golf pro shop with confidence that every transaction is going to go through correctly every time.

Members can be restricted to tee times based on the golfer's membership type, course, tee time and day of the week. The system prohibits golfers from accessing the system prior to the authorized booking time.

The general public (GP) golfer can access the system and make a tee time reservation on a FCFS basis after creating an online golfer profile. A separate set of reservation rules apply to the GP golfer. Tee times can be restricted by course, tee time, day of the week, zip code and by GP type.

The golf wholesaler can access the system via the internet with a valid user id and password and can make a FCFS reservation. Wholesaler reservation rules often let the wholesaler make reservations before members and GP golfers. Each wholesaler makes reservations based on individual rules that can be restricted by course, day of the week, tee time and the total number of reservation per day. Internet booking engines such as GolfSwitch and Golf Channel Solutions can make reservations directly into the tee sheet.
