Software as a Service (SaaS)

Software and hardware has always been a large out of pocket expense. On going maintenance, specialized computer systems, security issues, failed nightly backups, systems always in the need of an upgrade or credit card compliance issues forces you to hire staff or outside consultants to maintain the system. As a parking garage owner/operator or a non-profit organization running an annual event, you don't have the staff, space or the budget to make a capital purchase.  

The solution is running the Parking Reservation System on Chelsea's servers as a service (SaaS). The facility only needs a computer with internet access to operate the system. The system was designed to operate over the cellular telephone network using a 3G wireless adapter.

Chelsea's SaaS solution is a transaction or monthly hosted service, where we are responsible for the hardware, security, 3rd party software, updates, credit card compliance…. We take our responsibility seriously. We only use HP servers with real time off site backups, state of the art firewalls located in a secure data center directly connect to the Internet's backbone, providing the fastest possible internet response. Chelsea server's are secured with the latest in SSL encryption, giving both the customer and the owner/manager the peace of mind that private sensitive data is encrypted during online transactions and the data is secure.
