Contract Court Times

A lot of smaller tennis facilities as well as larger facilities that erect a dome and only have a limited number of courts in the winter give members the same court for the season. Up until now, managing these contract times was very time consuming for the staff and frustrating for the members. Members would have to fill out forms, the tennis staff would spend endless hours filling out a court sheet with all the names trying to satisfy everyone. Then rewrite the court sheets all season, hoping you don't miss anyone.

Members go online and make a request for a contract time. The system can require all the member names, the day of the week and the court time. After all the requests are accepted, the tennis staff can print the list and assign the courts for the season or simply let the system assign the courts on a random basis. Either way, once all the courts are assigned and approved, each member will receive a confirmation email notifying them of the day of the week, court number, time and the last valid contract play date.

The member is in control when they need to cancel or change players in a contract time. The member can only cancel one contract time at a time (prevents the member from accidentally cancelling the entire season). The tennis pro shop has the ability to cancel the entire season. Once the contract time is cancelled, that time becomes available to other members to book.
