The tennis facility only needs a computer with high speed internet access (since you're reading this page, you have everything you need to run the system) to operate the system. The "VOIP Telephone Gateway" provides the tennis player with Touch Tone Telephone access via a local telephone number. The gateway forwards the call over the Internet to our servers, eliminating long distance or 800 telephone call charges.
Chelsea's SaaS solution is a monthly hosted service, where we are responsible for the hardware, security, telephone system, 3rd party software, updates... Your Tennis Reservation system is always current with the most recent version. The tennis facility no longer has to make the decision between paying for the update or living without a needed function and feature.

We only use HP servers with real time off site backups, state of the art firewalls located in a secure data center directly connect to the Internet's backbone, providing the fastest possible internet response. Chelsea server's are secured with the latest in SSL encryption, giving both the tennis player and the owner/manager the peace of mind that private sensitive data is encrypted during online transactions and the data is secure.
